Supporting women navigating anxiety, life transitions and a heavy mental load

For women who are used to holding everything together for everyone else - and are ready for support themselves.

Are you feeling..

Overwhelmed, exhausted, and stretched too thin—no matter how much you accomplish?

Maybe your mind is always running, thinking about what needs to be done next. You're planning, remembering, caregiving, and holding things together for everyone else, often carrying the mental load at home, at work, and in your relationships.

You may feel disconnected from joy, fulfillment, or even yourself.

Unsure how to slow down, wondering why everything feels so heavy, or questioning how you lost sight of your own needs along the way.

Perhaps you're navigating a season of change.

Whether that's fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, perimenopause, grief, relationship changes, or another major life transition, you may feel like you're carrying more than anyone realizes.

Or maybe you're feeling stuck, anxious, and unsure how to move forward.

Even though part of you knows something needs to change.

Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, capable, high-achieving women who are used to taking care of everyone else but struggle to extend that same care to themselves.

You don’t have to carry it all alone.

  • You are navigating fertility challenges, pregnant or postpartum

  • You are adjusting to changes related to motherhood, aging or perimenopause and feeling disconnected from yourself

  • You are experiencing identity shifts or self-doubt

  • You are navigating a significant life transition

  • You are grieving a loss

  • You are experiencing burn out or feeling stuck

  • You struggle with perfectionism or people pleasing

  • You are feeling disconnected in relationships

Let’s connect.

Mary Alysse Mark, LPC, PMH-C

Hi, I’m Mary Alysse Mark, LPC, PMH-C. Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply caring. They're often the ones holding everything together for everyone else while quietly carrying anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, or the weight of a major life transition.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider, I specialize in supporting women through fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, motherhood, perimenopause, and the many transitions that shape our lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you don't have to navigate it all alone.

If you're ready for a space that's focused on you, I'd be honored to connect.

The best next step is to schedule a free 15 minute consultation call. This provides an opportunity for you to share a little about you and what is going on, for me to share how I might be able to help and to review any logistical questions (i.e. insurance, scheduling, etc.)
